JOSEPH BEVAN JOINS ON LOAN

.

Carlisle United Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of Joseph Bevan on loan from Burnley until the end of the season.

Bevan, 20, joined the Lancashire club from Albion Rovers for an undisclosed fee last January.

He has featured for the U21 side for Burnley since his arrival at Turf Moor, including against United in a Central League Cup fixture in November.

Head Coach, Mike Williamson said: “We’re really glad to get Joe in. He’s got pace and power and he’s a really exciting player.

“He's versatile, and he’s hungry to do well, so he will be a welcome addition for us.

“He is ready to be involved and we are looking forward to seeing him play for us.”

Sporting Director, Rob Clarkson said: “We are delighted Joe has joined us until the end of the season.

“He has explosive pace and can play wide or as a centre forward, so he will provide an extra attacking option for us.

“We thank Burnley for allowing us to bring Joe to Carlisle United.”
