On Tuesday afternoon, Luke Armstrong and Jack Diamond played their part in supporting the 'Show Racism the Red Card' campaign.
The pair listened to an important talk from some of the campaign's representatives, before taking centre stage, answering questions from others in attendance, which included pupils from schools within the local community.
Paul Kearns, Director of Operations at Show Racism the Red Card said: "It's massively important for the young people here from Carlisle to come along and hear first-hand from the players that really strong anti-racism message, that zero tolerance approach that the players and Carlisle United as a club take.
"It's crucial and vital to the work that we do.
"We're so grateful for the club and players supporting the work today."
It's an essential message which is shared worldwide and one that Carlisle United have supported for the last 20 years.
Community Manager James Tose added: "It's absolutely fantastic for the players to get involved in this event.
"Jack and Luke both spoke really well with the kids, obviously they're people the kids look up to and listen to.
"The workshop as a whole was straight to the point, it tackles all of the important messages and it was really engaging."
Forward Luke Armstrong said: "To do a workshop like this and educate the younger generation on the effects of racism is massive.
"If the kids know that we're supporting it, which we strongly are, hopefully they'll take that onboard and follow us."
