SEASON TICKETS: Details for the 2024/25 campaign

We are delighted to confirm our season ticket details for 2024/25 as we look forward to an exciting and successful League Two campaign.

During the 2023/24 season, your support didn't waver at Brunton Park or on the road, regardless of the result on the pitch.

Everybody at the club was overwhelmed by your tremendous backing throughout, and we hope you'll continue to support us next term as we look forward to our first full season under new ownership.

Ahead of the new campaign, United are working tirelessly to improve a range of aspects at Brunton Park, which includes work on the East Stand, West Stand, Warwick Road End and Fan Zone - to read more about this click HERE.

Due to improvement work, we regret to inform supporters who are seated in the top row of the East Stand and in rows EM, EL, EK and EJ (in front of the current press box) that they will be moved following renovations. As a result, fans who used these seats in previous seasons will no longer be able to do so. For those affected, we have provisionally allocated the next best seat.

You can log into your online account from Saturday 4 May to view your new provisional seat, if you're not happy or have concerns with the new location, you can contact our Ticket Office to be relocated. You can do this on Tuesday 7 May and Wednesday 8 May before season ticket renewals start. 

Between Thursday 9 May and Sunday 2 June, supporters will be able to renew their season tickets in their current seats.

Following the closing date for renewals on Sunday 2 June, seats will be released for general sale.

Chairman Tom Piatak said: "After a challenging 2023/24 season, I'm eagerly anticipating the start of the 24/25 campaign. 

“Our approach remains steadfast - we'll provide the necessary resources for on-field success, while also investing off the field to ensure the club's long-term sustainability. 

“We're fully committed to helping our team excel in League Two next season, though success is never guaranteed. 

“Financially, we're in a better position than ever before, with funds earmarked to achieve our ambitions wisely. We will make sure the football department is financially better off than ever in its history, which will be incomparable to when we were promoted in 2022/23. Funds are there to achieve our ambitions next season and we will use them carefully to get the best value we can.

“However, finance is just one piece of the puzzle; your support is crucial. We need even more fans to join us as we strive forward. Your backing makes a tangible difference, especially during challenging moments. 

“The groundswell of positivity and belief since our ownership change is promising for the seasons ahead. We're all in this together, and your continued support is invaluable. Let's unite as we embark on the League Two challenge once again.

* All children under-14 (ST or match ticket) must be accompanied by someone 18 or over (Young Adult, Senior or Adult with a season ticket or match ticket). An U14 season ticket or match ticket cannot be purchased on their own. This is new for the 24/25 campaign following safeguarding incidents last season and to ensure all children are always safely accompanied by a responsible adult.

* Family Junior – you can purchase a maximum of two Family Junior tickets for every one Adult season ticket or match ticket, or a maximum of one Family Junior ticket for every one Senior season ticket or match ticket purchased. Any Junior tickets purchased on top of this or sold individually should be charged as a full concession price.

* Pirelli discount (15% Adult) – you must provide your photo ID clock-in card at point of sale.

* All concession season tickets must provide photo ID at point of sale.

* Proof of disability must be provided for Ambulant disabled or wheelchair supporters at point of sale, dated within the last twelve months.

No season tickets will be sold after Friday 2 August for the rest of the 2024/25 campaign. There are no plans to sell half-season tickets.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

  • Online – existing season ticket holders will be able to renew through their online ticketing account, under the tab called 'reserved items'. New customers are able to buy from Monday 3 June.
  • Over the phone - 0330 094 5930 (option 1), open from 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • In-person - from the East Stand Ticket Office, open from 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, due to ongoing building work there is no parking available outside the Ticket Office - please drive through the floodgates and park in the supporters' car park.

  • Direct Debit - a £10 fee is applied to all direct debit applications. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse a direct debit.

DELIVERY:

  • App – we will have a brand new Carlisle United app for the 2024/25 campaign, you will be invited to create an account, then in 'purchased items', you will have an e-ticket to enter Brunton Park - more details to follow throughout the coming months regarding this.
  • Access Card – you will be posted a printed access card - like previous seasons - and an extra charge of £1.20 will apply.
