Last week, Taylor Charters and Paul Huntington visited a local Better Together event.
The organisation provides a community for adults with learning disabilities to engage in a range of activities including cooking, art and IT, whilst also undertaking educational sessions.
United's duo paid a suprise visit to the group during their boccia tournament last week.
Better Together Admin and HR Officer, Toni Sullivan said: "We organised an inclusive boccia tournament at Harraby last week.
"It was a fantastic day and lovely to see players from Beaumont, Carlisle College, Heathlands, James Rennie School and individuals come together to play.
"Having Taylor Charters and Paul Huntington from Carlisle United Football Club come at the end of the tournament to present the certificates and trophies was the icing on the cake.
"It was wonderful to see everybody's reactions and helped create long-lasting memories."
The Blues' Rehab Coach, Geoff Haugh, also attended and had the following to add: "It was great to see the group interacting and enjoying themselves.
"You could see the togetherness, but underneath that there was a very competitive atmosphere."
