WE’RE THE FAMOUS CARLISLE UNITED AND WE’RE OFF TO WEMBLEY!

Another fantastic effort from the lads means it’s all to play for at Wembley on Sunday 28 May, with promotion to League One the prize when the Blues go up against Stockport in arguably United’s biggest game since we last won promotion via this method back in 2005.

We have been allocated a total of 36,000 tickets – the west side of the stadium – with an initial 19,700 on sale from 10am tomorrow [Sunday 21 May] to season ticket holders, members and anyone who purchased a home or away play-off semi-final ticket purchase (you’ve been automatically tagged on our system so no need to bring physical tickets).

To clarify – ticket sales on Sunday 21 May are for season ticket holders, members and anyone who purchased a home or away play-off semi-final ticket purchase – 10am to 8pm.

Tickets for the play-off final will be on sale throughout our sales period from the Pioneer (east stand) match day ticket office windows, on the ground floor of the east side of the stadium.

Ticket office windows and telephones will open at 10am on Sunday 21 May and close at 8pm.

We will have a queueing system in place through the east stand concourse, with entry at the away end. Parking will be available with entry via the east stand Warwick Road junction – exit via Stony Holme.

Season ticket holders must be in possession of their season ticket card at point of purchase.

If purchasing on behalf of another season ticket holder, you must also be able to confirm their name, address and postcode.

Members must be able to confirm their membership details against the databases provided.

Those who purchased a play-off semi-final ticket will be tagged as such on our system.

A selection of refreshments will be on-sale in the east stand concourse throughout the sales period.

FAQs

Can I book a bus – what are the departure times?

Speak to CUSAT at the ground or call 07563 700 987 – departure time is 4.30am on the day!

Can I collect at Wembley – where, how?

Yes, from their Box Office.

Can I swap my seat for another section after I’ve purchased?

We will try to accommodate this but it is dependent on availability.

When will my ticket arrive in the post – what do I do if it doesn’t?

Give us a call if you haven’t received it by your normal post arrival time on Friday.

Why can’t I get an e-ticket when Stockport can?

We have managed the ticket sales process ourselves to make it as easy as possible for customers.

Are the allocated entry times on the ticket strict – do I have to arrive then?

As it is expected to be busy we would advise sticking to the allocated timings.

Are you going to stock the cup final programme in the shop?

Yes, it costs £10, and should be with us on Friday.

Can I choose which block I sit in or are you selling in sequence?

We have to sell in sequence as per the Wembley Sales Strategy. We know this has led to some disappointment for some fans with some Cat 1 & 2 tickets being held back until last phase of sales, but we have to follow the sequence.
