#8kforMK: Local printers donate 50 tickets to Caldew School

As part of our ticket donation scheme for the hugely popular #8kforMK campaign, H&H Reeds, based in Penrith, donated 50 tickets to Caldew School in Dalston last week to allow children from the school to attend the MK Dons home game free of charge.

New signing Mark Cullen was on hand to deliver the tickets in person and they were snapped up within minutes by excited and delighted young pupils who were all looking forward to coming along to what is a big game for both clubs.

We’re now looking forward to seeing the youngsters from Caldew School at Brunton Park on the day!

The printing company, who produce the club’s match day publication, as well as all online graphics, have been a big part of the #8kforMK campaign from the outset, donating the posters and social media assets to get the campaign up and running.

Having recently opened a new office in Carlisle, H&H Reeds were happy to supply the tickets to Caldew School, for whom they also produce artwork and publications.

Anthony Donnelly, commercial manager at H&H Reeds, said: “Being able to make this donation by working together with two of our clients is very exciting and rewarding for us. We are behind #8kforMK and hope Caldew School and the club have a great day when Milton Keynes visit.”

The visit also provided an opportunity for Caldew’s Young Enterprise Team ‘ATMOS’ to give a presentation on their brand new environmentally friendly reusable bamboo cups, which is part of a new scheme they have developed in tandem with Nestle, and H&H kindly offered support in producing posters and literature to help to promote the product.
