We caught up with manager Keith Curle this afternoon to get his reaction to today's first round Carabao Cup draw.
"This will be a good fixture between two teams who were in the play-offs in their respective divisions last season," he said. "We've played them recently in the Checkatrade Trophy and we saw some of the qualities they have in their squad when they gave us a tough game.
"It's a competition we like because we've seen how quickly it can become very interesting if you do things properly. During my time at the club we've had exciting meetings with QPR, Liverpool and Derby County and it would be good to get more of the same again.
"The added interest for our supporters with this one is obviously a chance to see Kyle Dempsey and it will be good to see how much he has progressed since he moved on.
"The game comes very early in the season - it will be our second fixture - and it will also be interesting to see how our group handles the challenge of playing against a seeded side as the underdogs.
"As I say, it's one we can all look forward to and one we will prepare properly for, as we do for every fixture we play."
