Carlisle United have been drawn to face Fleetwood Town at Highbury in the first round of this season's Carabao Cup.
The sides have only ever met in cup competitions, having faced each other twice in the Football League Trophy, and honours are even with Fleetwood having beaten the Blues by 2-0 when they first met in November 2013, with the Cumbrians taking a 4-2 victory in our last meeting in November 2016.
Joe McKee, Charlie Wyke, Danny Grainger and Cameron Salkeld scored the goals during that fixture.
United fans will get to see a familiar face, following former-Blues youth graduate Kyle Dempsey's summer move to the west coast from Huddersfield, and the tie comes fast on the feet of the first league game of the season, to be played on Saturday 5 August.
The game will take place during the week commencing 7 August 2017. Full ticket and match information will be confirmed in due course.
We'll have reaction from manager Keith Curle on the official website this afternoon.
