Family Zone

Carlisle United’s Family Zone is in full swing again this season with hundreds of children and youngsters making use of what is a fantastic facility in our Andrew Jenkins Stand by Pioneer Foodservice.

The Family Zone opens at 1.30pm for a Saturday 3pm matchday, and at 6.30pm for an evening fixture, and provides a fun place to meet new friends and play games ahead of the match.

The Family Zone is open through to half-time, and with staff in place to keep an eye on things, it gives a safe and secure environment where children of all ages can relax.

Accessed via the main concourse in the Andrew Jenkins Stand by Pioneer Foodservice, the Family Zone has games consoles, a pool table, air hockey table, table football, a Wii Console, TV screens, an arts and crafts zone and a sensory area.

First-team players and Olga the Fox also make appearances in the Family Zone.

Please note – section 8 of the Andrew Jenkins Stand by Pioneer Foodservice is the preferred seated area for users of our Family Zone, but families and children from any area of the Andrew Jenkins Stand by Pioneer Foodservice can use our Family Zone facility.

Away supporters can purchase match tickets from the away ticket office from 1.30pm on Saturday matchdays and 6.30pm on a midweek matchday, behind the Pioneer Stand, and will be seated in Pioneer Stand section 3.

Wheelchair & Carer

The wheelchair access area of the ground has limited space and we strongly advise these tickets are bought in advance. These sections are located in the Pioneer Stand and in the Paddock.

Ambulant Disabled Supporters

Individuals who require a full-time carer can get a carer ticket free of charge. Evidence of full-time carer status must be provided (DWP or PiP letter showing the disability allowance in the higher band of care).

Misplaced or lost tickets

In the event of matchday tickets being lost or forgotten, supporters are advised to go to the main ticket office where, upon confirmation of address and booking details, they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets at a small charge.

Refunds

Refunds can be given throughout the week and up to kick-off of the game in question. Tickets must be returned in full before a refund can be given. Refunds will not be completed after the match has been played.

Upgrades and downgrades

Season ticket holders can move areas on a match-by-match basis, but there will be a cost of up to £3 for each change made.

These must be requested at least 24 hours before kick-off by contacting the ticket office on 0330 094 5930 option 1 or by calling into the ticket office at Brunton Park, open Mon – Fri, 10am – 5pm.

If you are a season ticket holder and can’t attend a match, you can bank the game through the ticket exchange scheme and claim a ticket back for a future game.

This must be done at least 24 hours before kick-off by contacting the ticket office on 0330 094 5930 option 1 all calling into the ticket office at Brunton Park, open Mon – Fri, 10am – 5pm.  You can bank up to 3 games per season.

There will be no upgrades, downgrades or ticket exchanges done on a matchday.

Postponed or abandoned matches

In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, club officials will liaise with match officials to ensure postponement of the fixture takes place at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of a postponement, ticket holders can use their original ticket for admission to the re-arranged fixture. If a match is postponed or abandoned before half-time, then all supporters in the possession of an original ticket will be given half-price entry for the replayed match.

If the game is abandoned after half-time, then there is no reduction to the cost of tickets for the rearranged fixture.
