Thomas joined Carlisle from Charlton in July 2024.

The defender started his career at Arsenal before signing his first professional contract at Charlton Athletic as a teenager. 

He went on to play for the likes of Wigan Athletic, AFC Wimbledon, Crewe Alexandra and Reading before returning to The Valley in 2022. 

Thomas also captains his national team, St Lucia, who he qualifies to play for through his parents.
