Mike Williamson has been nominated for November's Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month award.

He continues to work in difficult circumstances, but has kept a steadfast belief in his players and retained the faith of the fans. His reward was two victories, both away, in three games as his side closed the gap on the teams above them.
Lee Bell (Crewe Alexandra)
Bell’s switch to a 3-5-2 formation earlier in the season continues to give Crewe a defensive solidity which saw them collect six points from four unbeaten November fixtures, three of which were against sides in the top three at the time.
Scott Lindsey (MK Dons)
Lindsey’s side continues to improve, allying character and resolve to the technical skill already present. They recovered from a goal down to beat Swindon and then from two behind against Cheltenham to make it two wins from two games.
Mike Williamson (Carlisle United)
Helped by more time on the training pitch, November saw Williamson’s methods start to show in results as Carlisle went unbeaten in all four games, gaining six points, conceding just two goals and restoring optimism in Cumbria.
