We can now confirm details for the Fan Zone, ahead of Saturday’s Euro 2024 Quarter-Final fixture between England and Switzerland.
Following the recent addition of the big screen, locals came out in their numbers to support the Three Lions during the group stage and Round of 16 - we’re hoping to see even more of you this weekend as Gareth Southgate’s side aim to make the final four.
Ticketing
Please note that for safety reasons, each fixture is a ticketed event and you will not be able to gain entry otherwise. Tickets per admission are £2 - meaning the price will stay the same regardless of there being one game shown or two back-to-back. £1 from every ticket sold will be donated to charity, with the other £1 going towards covering stewarding costs.
VIP tables will be made available for £60, which will provide you and five others a prime seating location, six beers and one kilogram of chicken wings.
Upon making your purchase, you will receive an e-ticket, which will have to be shown to gain entry into the Fan Zone.
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis, with the Fan Zone currently set to hold a maximum of 3,000 spectators.
Travel and parking
Supporters are advised that no parking will be available during these events, this is due to ongoing building work.
Furthermore, the west side of the ground will be pedestrianised at all times, meaning no drop-off or pick-up will be an option on the grounds of Brunton Park - this is for the safety of all spectators viewing the action.
United would like to recommend the use of public transport for all fans looking to attend. This helps provide a safer environment before, during and after the event for everyone - you, fellow supporters and staff.
Security checks and entry
Supporters will be able to gain entry to the Fan Zone at three points: the side of the club shop, Rugby Club Lane and the Neil Centre car park.
Upon arriving at an entry point, supporters will be subject to bag and age checks for the safety of everyone in attendance. ID checks will be in place to correspond with our Challenge 25 Policy. Fans who are ID’d will then be provided with a wristband, which must be worn at all times.
Please note, anyone who brings alcohol into the venue will have it removed immediately and it will not be returned upon exit.
Once again, the west side of the ground will be pedestrianised at all times, meaning no parking, drop-off or pick-up will be an option on the grounds of Brunton Park - this is for the safety of all spectators viewing the action.
Spectators under the age of 16 will not be allowed access without an adult (18+).
Facilities
During the event, supporters will be able to access toilet facilities in A, B and C Stand.
Food and drink will be available to purchase with a range of the usual matchday vendors set to be in attendance. In addition, we'll also be serving a number of items from the Fan Zone BBQ.
Please note, each of the events held at Brunton Park will be CASHLESS, meaning only card will be accepted as a form of payment at all times.
Blues Store
Following the recent release of our 2024/25 shirts, the Blues Store will be open from 10am - 5pm.
The club would like to thank you for your cooperation in advance, and we look forward to welcoming you all to our Fan Zone for the Quarter-Final of Euro 2024.
