Carlisle United Community Sports Trust are offering an exciting opportunity to become a charity partner or to sponsor a project.
These sponsorship packages provide a chance for local businesses to support the official charity of Carlisle United, which has a social value worth over two million pounds and engaged more than 24,000 people during the 2023/24 season.
It will cost just £500 to join as a charity partner, while prices vary per project, ranging from £1,000 to £3,000.
Becoming a charity partner aids CUFC CST in working towards the improvement of mental health outcomes, combating social isolation, supporting those affected by memory loss and allowing those with physical and learning difficulties to exercise in a supportive environment.
Partners get a range of media promotions, from a picture on the Brunton Park pitch to the inclusion of its logo on the CUFC CST, plus much more, as well as a football signed by the Carlisle United first team.
There are 13 incredible and impactful projects to choose from if a business wants to become a sponsor, which are related to the three key areas of the CST.
From the 'United in Memories' dementia café, providing relief for those affected by Alzheimer's, to the new Community Sports College classroom, expanding education opportunities for young people in the local area and the thriving Girls Emerging Talent Centre, producing future female football stars - these projects need support to continue to flourish.
If a business chooses to sponsor a project, it will be enrolled as a charity partner for no extra cost alongside a website article detailing the sponsorship, its logo on all media related to the project and the same exposure benefits as the charity partners.
Carlisle United Community Sports Trust CEO, James Tose said: "This exciting new fundraising project is about creating opportunities for businesses to help their communities by donating invaluable contributions to the club's official charity.
"We are hoping that becoming a charity partner will make businesses feel that they are making a real difference in people's lives and having a positive impact in the community."
