Carlisle United Football Club can confirm that defender Ben Williams will leave the club following the expiration of his contract.
Williams, 25, arrived at Brunton Park in August on a short-term deal following injuries to Cameron Harper and Taylor Charters in pre-season.
He made 11 appearances during his spell with the Blues, scoring one goal in the EFL Trophy victory over Morecambe in November.
