AWAY MASCOT SPACES NOW AVAILABLE

After the exceptional demand from our fans that saw our home mascot packages book out within an hour, the club are delighted to announce a partnership with the London Branch that establishes a process for away mascots for this season. 

Carlisle United have offered a free mascot place to visiting teams on a reciprocal basis. Supporter Liaison Officer (SLO) Simon Clarkson is contacting his counterparts at League 2 clubs to establish agreement.

Once mascot reciprocity is agreed by other clubs, the London Branch mascot coordinator Ruth Vamadevan [mascots@cusclb.com] will act as liaison to finalise logistics with away club and mascot. A goody bag will be provided for the mascot by the London Branch.

Mascots are required to be aged 5-13, will need to wear a full 2024/25 kit, be accompanied by an adult and can only partake once per season. Selection will be on a first come first served basis with priority given to those who have not been a mascot before or do not have a future booking.

The accompanying adult and mascot are to buy their own tickets for the game. The mascot will be collected at a designated point for a walk out of tunnel with players and pre-kick off photograph opportunity.

SLO Simon Clarkson said, “This is such a great thing to do and I have had a really positive reaction from other clubs to the proposal.”

Ruth Vamadevan described the joy this brings to young Blues fans: "The mascot experience is something they will remember for life. A really special day for them.”

Jessie Bushnell, aged eight, was our mascot at Gillingham and mum Linsey was delighted with the mascot experience: “The staff were great, Jessie got to walk with Jon Mellish and used the autograph book inside the goody bag to good effect.”
