Carlisle United are pleased to announce their 2024/25 mascot packages.
The package, which is aimed at children between the age of 5 and 13, allows young supporters to walk out of the tunnel and onto the Brunton Park pitch alongside their idols on matchday.
Included in the package:
- Two complimentary match tickets.
- Pre-match complimentary food and refreshments for the mascot - adult food can be added at an extra cost.
- Pre-match ground tour.
- Meet the manager and first team squad.
- Walk out onto the pitch with a player - photo included.
- Mascot goody bag.
Price:
The season ticket holder price is £75 (the child must be the season ticket holder).
Non-season ticket holder price is £85.
On sale:
There will be four places per game. Three for season ticket holders, plus one for non-season ticket holders.
Mascot packages for all home league fixtures will go on sale to season ticket holders only from 11am on Wednesday 26 June.
There will be three mascot package spaces available per game for season ticket holders from this date.
General sale is Thursday 27 June from 10am.
How to buy:
Mascot packages will be available to purchase online - this will be the quickest way to purchase. Alternatively, you can buy over the phone and in-person at the East Stand ticket office, first floor.
If the child is a season ticket holder, you can get priority purchase from 26 June.
Please note, when purchasing online, over the phone or in-person, you will need the child’s season ticket account number, we would recommend that you have this information prior to mascot packages going on sale so there are no issues.
How to find the child’s ticket account number:
- Log into your online ticket account.
- Go to 'purchased items'.
- Click onto your season package order, which has the child’s season ticket attached.
- You will see the child’s name and ID number, which starts with #CUFC0 - as seen below.
If you struggle to find your child’s account number, please contact the ticket office prior to Wednesday 26 June, on 0330 094 5930, option 1, open Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm.
Once you have your child’s account number and mascot packages are on sale:
- Click HERE to go to the ticket website and click on the mascot package icon.
- Select the game you are wanting to purchase, and select to purchase one package.
- When prompted, put the child’s account number, name and date of birth in the assigned box.
Following this, you will then be able to process payment.
