Carlisle United are delighted to confirm that goalkeeper Harry Lewis has joined the club on a permanent deal.
The 26-year-old makes the move from Brunton Park from Bradford City for an undisclosed fee and has signed a contract until the summer of 2026.
Lewis began his career at hometown club Shrewsbury Town, progressing through their academy before joining then-Premier League side Southampton in 2015.
Having impressed for the Saints' under-23 side, the 'keeper was handed a senior debut during the FA Cup tie against Norwich City in January 2017.
A new three-year contract at St Mary's followed before Lewes signed a season-long loan deal with Dundee United - going on to feature 39 times for the Scottish side as they secured a third-place finish in the Championship.
Bradford City came calling in the summer of 2022 when the stopper's deal at Southampton expired and he played 53 games for the Bantams last term.
Lewis has featured in every League Two game so far this season for the Valley Parade outfit and now joins the Cumbrians ahead of the second half of the campaign.
Manager Paul Simpson said: "We're delighted to have got this over the line.
"Harry is a player we looked at before he made the move to Bradford but we weren't able to make it happen at that time.
"He had a good loan spell up in Scotland and has played over 100 first team games, so he'll be a good addition to our squad."
