The Piatak Family have extended their thanks to the Blue Army after being welcomed to the club on Saturday.
The family, whose takeover of the club was confirmed last week, took to the field ahead of kick-off to an incredible reception from the Brunton Park faithful.
It's a day that will live long in the memory for United fans - and indeed the Piatak Family themselves.
Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Patty Piatak said: "It was an amazing occasion.
"I cannot be more thankful and blessed for the welcome that we've received here in Cumbria. My heart is full.
"I don't think that [fans reaction to on the pitch] was a planned situation, but it came together in a beautiful way."
Chairman Tom Piatak added: "I thought the match was fantastic.
"They were a strong fast squad and I think walking away with a 1-1 was a success.
"A lot of people talk about always wanting three points but sometimes getting one against a squad of that calibre - that's a win, you take it and you run."
"It felt like we were in a movie standing in the tunnel," said Jenna Piatak.
"The reception, the energy, flags flying - you just can't replicate that feeling and that sense of pride."
Before being presented on the pitch ahead of kick-off, the family spent time in the Fan Zone as they engaged with supporters amid the backdrop of some of their early changes - including a new big screen, canopies for the bar areas and fresh stadium branding.
The family also met guests in our bars and lounges, and it was here that they experienced the first signs of the warm Cumbrian welcome that was promised.
Alice Piatak said: "I really enjoyed being able to go out into the Fan Zone.
"We were probably probably out there for two, two and a half hours, just getting to meet everyone.
"Everyone was so kind, welcoming, telling us their stories. And that was just so nice to see."
"That was a moment I'll never forget for the rest of my life," added Tom Piatak II of the reception he received.
"To finally to be able to have that moment to experience the match the whole day, from 11am, when we showed up with with the fan zone just buzzing to through the final whistle was just was just it was a top class day.
"And we couldn't have asked for better - the weather held off, which was great. We could not have asked for a better start to the new Piatak era."
Nick DeMasi said: "It was just absolutely surreal.
"Throughout the fan zone, everyone was fantastic.
"And then walking out on that pitch, I've said it before, but I felt like I was ready to run through a brick wall. I was so excited.
"The fans were just fantastic and you could feel the energy throughout the place. We really appreciate everyone coming out."
