The Fan Zone was really busy will fans enjoying the pre-match food and drink and soaking up the atmosphere with the new Dinky Donuts outlet proving popular!
Foxy’s
Foxy’s was another sell out and fans enjoyed a Q&A with Phil Bonnyman. There was a visit from Tobi Sho-Silva who presented the sponsors Vegware, Classique Kitchens and Jack Oddie - The Talking Man with mementos and updated on his recovery from injury. Joe Garner collected his man of the match award from Vesta Wealth and gave his take on the 2-0 win.
Kingmoor Legends Lounge
Guests in the Kingmoor Legends Lounge saw another full house and had a visit from Phil Bonnyman. Ian Milburn was host, asking him questions about his time at Brunton Park and at Grimsby.
International Women’s Day
Pre match in the Study Centre hosted an event to celebrate International Women’s Day. We were joined by guests and several speakers from Cumbria Pride, Outreach Cumbria, Period Equality and a family from Afghanistan who have settled in Carlisle via the United Nations. A fuller review of this will be coming later this week.
