Leading Cumbrian firm Armstrong Watson have been long-standing partners of Carlisle United, with their sponsorship of the iconic Warwick Road End of the stadium now well into its fourth season, and they have backed the Blues once again as part of our #10for10 campaign Ticket Donation Scheme to get a bumper home attendance of over 10,000 for the Good Friday visit of Tranmere Rovers.
Commercial manager Debbie Huddart said: “We knew that local businesses would get on board when we launched the idea of the Ticket Donation Scheme and Armstrong Watson were one of the first to confirm that they would do their bit, with a purchase of 25 bundles of tickets.
“It goes without saying how fantastic this is, and we can’t thank them enough, because that is a significant number of people who will now benefit directly from their generosity and support.
“It’s a brilliant way for us to kick off our link-up with businesses as part of our #10for10 campaign, our push to get 10,000 plus home fans for the Tranmere game, so we thank everyone at Armstrong Watson for their support.”
Stephen McCullough - Partner, Armstrong Watson, commented: “When Debbie contacted me with the details of the #10for10 initiative we jumped at the chance to support it.
“We knew that we had an opportunity to get behind the club and the fans with a chance to do something great in the community, and offer the tickets to a local good cause.
“It would be fantastic if other businesses could get behind this initiative too. Carlisle United are doing so well this season, we need as much fan backing as possible to support the team and get Brunton Park bouncing with support for this game and the rest of the season.”
