The club can confirm that the shareholders of Carlisle United Association Football Club (1921) Limited have voted to adopt new Articles of Association.
This follows the adoption by Holdings of its own new Articles of Association in March.
A postal vote of the shareholders of 1921 took place in March following the recommendation by 1921 directors. Further detail is provided HERE.
The new 1921 Articles of Association bring the club into in line with amended EFL regulations* and best practice.
The necessary filings will now take place at Companies House.
The new Articles for each company provided on the club website HERE (1921) and HERE (Holdings).
*1921 holds the EFL ‘Golden Share’ and therefore must comply with EFL regulations and, as the parent company of 1921, CUFC Holdings Limited must also comply.
