Following discussions at the club this week we can confirm that Professional Development Coach Eric Kinder has moved on following three years of excellent service during what was his second spell here at Brunton Park.
Eric initially joined United from the Blackburn Academy in the summer of 2006, leaving to rejoin Rovers in 2013 as their under-21 and reserve team lead coach.
His spell away from the Cumbrians included a season as assistant manager to Matt Taylor with the Grecians, before he returned to once again take up a role within the academy under-18 set-up.
Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: “Eric has been a fantastic servant to this club, and we all support him fully as he makes this decision to move on.
“His knowledge, experience and work ethic have helped Carlisle United to identify and nurture a lot of young talent over the years, and we thank him for his fantastic efforts.
“We all wish him well as he moves on to his next challenge.”
