Collections
Any supporters collecting prepaid or complimentary tickets MUST collect them from the players entrance on South Parade. From the turnstiles on Midland Road, they need to walk up Holywell Ash Lane to the top, turn right and they should see your team coach parked on the left alongside the club shop. Directly opposite on the supporters immediate right there are a few steps that lead to double glass doors, that is the collection point.
Pay on the day
Tickets cannot be bought with cash on the day.
Away fans will need a smart phone and a credit or debit card. They should go to the away turnstiles on Midland Road, beside the turnstiles is a large metal board fastened to the wall which has a large QR code on. Supporters need to scan the QR code and they will be taken to our secure ticketing site. From there they will be able to purchase match tickets which will be emailed to them. The email will contain a QR code they will need to access thestadium. Once they are in possession of the QR codes they can be scanned into the stadium.

Disabled info
Ambulant disabled and wheelchair users pay the relevant price with the carer free of charge. Disabled fans must be in receipt of a DLA or PIP at the higher or middle rate of mobility.
