Carlisle United have today signed West Brom striker Owen Windsor on a half-season loan deal.
Windsor, 20, joined the Baggies from non-league outfit Cirencester Town in 2019 and was loaned back to Cirencester that same year.
He joined up with Albion's Premier League 2 side at the start of the 2020/21 and netted five goals in as many appearances as he hit the ground running.
A loan move to League Two and Grimsby Town followed, and he netted two goals and provided one assist in 13 appearances.
His second loan move away from his parent club came in January 2021 when he signed for Newport County. He spent a month in South Wales before returning to the Hawthorns.
We’ll have more reaction to this news on the official website later today.
