Carlisle United are part of Draw A, with Tranmere Rovers, Crewe Alexandra and Bolton Wanderers, who are also set to play at home, having won their respective groups.
The four teams named above will play either Doncaster Rovers, Lincoln City, Fleetwood Town or Harrogate Town, who came second in their groups.
The draw for Round Two of the Papa John’s Trophy will take place live on Sky Sports Football on Saturday 13 November after full-time in the Bradford v Port Vale game.
It will be hosted by David Prutton and conducted by former Newport County Manager Michael Flynn, alongside Chris Birchall, who gained promotion with Port Vale in 2013.
