SEASON TICKETS: Weekly update

Current Season Ticket reservations stand at 1,706.

The club can confirm the payment procedures we will use for our 2020/21 Season Ticket holders who have reserved their place over the course of the last three weeks.

Using the most recent advice received, we will be basing our Season Ticket price on a 22-game season, with the home game against Barrow on Saturday 3 October planned as the first time our Season Ticket holders will be permitted entry.

The Season Ticket prices have been calculated on a pro-rata basis, with that expected first fixture date in mind.

Prices will be as follows:

Seated Renewals
Adult - £346.26
Senior - £291.74

Seated New

* If U7 or U11 tickets are not scanned into TWO consecutive games you will be contacted to see if the Season Ticket is still required.
* If U7 or U11 Season Tickets are not scanned into THREE consecutive games your Season Ticket will be cancelled and your access card will need to be returned to Carlisle United’s Main Ticket Office.

Payment Process

The payment procedure has started for those fans who have already reserved their 2020/21 Season Ticket.

In order to maintain as smooth a process as possible, please DO NOT contact the club. Our ticket office staff will contact you to finalise your payment process.

If you have opted to pay by Direct Debit, this will be activated and you will shortly receive notification. Your first payment will be taken in October 2020.

Card payments are the preferred option, but for those who wish to pay by cash, our staff will advise you on how to complete your payment when they contact you.

Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: “We have said all along that we didn’t want to begin to take payments from our fans until things were much clearer, to avoid people paying for something we couldn’t fulfil.

“We are now as confident as we can be that we will have our Season Ticket holders at 22 home league games with us.

“This is based on the most recent advice, and on the fact that test games are actively running – including our away fixture at Cambridge.

“Should the overall policy change, or the test games throw up issues which lead to things being pushed back, we will issue further advice.

“As things stand we see no reason why we won’t have Season Ticket holders at the Barrow game, and we will therefore start the payment process on Monday.”

United v Southend, Saturday 19 September, kick off 1pm

“It’s very possible that this fixture will be designated as a test game,” the chief executive said. “I must stress that this is unconfirmed at the moment, nothing has been finalised.

“We’ve had no detail of what these arrangements might look like, and as yet don’t know how many fans will be allowed in, should the test go ahead.

“That’s why we feel it would be wrong to include this fixture in the overall Season Ticket pricing structure.

“If we do get the go ahead for the test game, we will issue further advice at that stage.”
