The Sports Ground Safety Authority (SGSA) have been working with UK Sport and the University of Edinburgh to develop a short 10-minute survey to understand the perception of spectators who attended the event, gathering feedback on their views on the safety procedures that were in place due to Covid-19.
This data will be helpful in shaping operational plans and policy for future events across all sports. On completion of the survey, results will be sent directly to the University of Edinburgh who will then provide UK Sport, SGSA and all events with a report highlighting the key feedback from spectators across all events.
Spectators participation in the survey is completely voluntary, and all information collected will be processed in accordance with data protection laws.
Chief executive Nigel Clibbens said: "As part of learning from our “pilot” test game against Southend, we want to know what fans thought about the experience at Brunton Park.
"The aim is to gather important data that will help the Government determine their future approach to the return of crowds."
