With the country now in its second lockdown it does, inevitably, impact on us here at the football club.
As a guide to all things Carlisle United throughout this period:
Ticket office:
The club’s ticket office is closed until the current lockdown period ends.
+ If you have a query about any club matter please email ticket.printing@carlisleunited.co.uk and a member of our staff will respond.
+ If you have a query about iFollow access please email seasontickets@carlisleunited.co.uk and a member of our staff will respond.
+ Remember, if your iFollow query relates to payment or technical issues, email iFollow@efl.com – we are unable to resolve these types of concerns here at the club.
+ If you feel your issue is urgent, please ring 0330 094 5930 (option 1) and your call will be diverted to a member of staff. Please remember that our admin staff are on part-time furlough, so this option should only be used for urgent enquiries – we would prefer you to use the email options wherever possible.
Blues Store:
The Blues Store on Warwick Road is closed to customers who wish to visit in-person until the current lockdown period ends.
+ The online Blues Store will remain OPEN throughout.
+ Orders made online will be posted out on Mondays and Thursdays – please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Commercial:
Commercial department activity will be temporarily suspended throughout this lockdown period.

Blues Lotto:
Weekly and monthly lottery draws will continue, but door-to-door collections will cease throughout the lockdown period.

Academy:
+ U18 – as part of the Elite Sports protocol our youth team activities will continue as normal.
+ Age groups – we are awaiting guidance on what the lockdown announcement means to our under-9 to under-16 age groups.
Community Sports Trust:
Our CST activities will continue as planned – please keep an eye on the official website and our social media channels for more updates.
Media:
With the first team and U18 fixture schedules continuing as normal, all media coverage will also continue as normal, but with the following changes:
+ Pre-match press conferences will be conducted online – instruction will be issued to our media contacts separately.
+ Post-match press conferences will be conducted by phone – instruction will be issued to our media contacts separately.
