CLUB: Detailed arrangements for the return of fans

At this stage we are only able to confirm arrangements for supporters who have previously reserved season tickets for the 2020/21 season.

A further announcement regarding possible match ticket availability will be made over the weekend.

The detailed arrangements for the Salford game (and Sky Bet League Two matches going forward) will be as follows:

Please note - only fans living in a Tier 1 or 2 Zones can come to games at Brunton Park.

If you live in a Tier 3 Zone, the arrangements that were in place prior to Thursday's announcement will continue unchanged.

Those fans who have purchased or reserved a 2020/21 season ticket and who live in in Tier 1 and Tier 2 Zones, and have ...

1 ... already paid in full can attend games, until further notice, in the seat or terraced area they were previously allocated. You need take no further action. Your season card will be posted out in the next few days.

2 ... already set up a direct debit can attend games, until further notice, in the seat or terrace area they were previously allocated. You need take no further action. Your season card will be posted out in the next few days. Your direct debit will now activated, as previously arranged. You will be notified separately, by post, confirming the final cost (see price grid for revised season ticket cost below) and the details of your new monthly payment.

3 ... received a full refund after the last lockout will still be allowed to reclaim that same reserved seat, despite having had that full refund and not having set up a direct debit. DO NOT CONTACT US - WE WILL CONTACT YOU. If you wish to reclaim that same season ticket seat, or terraced place, you must tell us when we phone you that you wish to reactivate it - we will then arrange payment at that pointm during that call.

You will need to pay in full for 17 games pro-rata (see price grid for revised season ticket costs below).

Please note:

+ No new direct debit options will available.

+ IF YOU DO NOT REACTIVATE YOUR SEAT OR TERRACED PLACE IT WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR SALE TO OTHER FANS.

+ Having been given a refund in full once already, and with your place having been kept on reserve and not offered for resale, and having now allowed you to reclaim the same seat again, we must inform you that if fans are subsequently locked out again during the 20/21 season, NO CASH REFUND will be given. In those circumstances we will offer you an iFollow pass for home games.

Other information

  • New season ticket reservations will NOT be made available at this time.
  • There can be no transfers of season tickets to different seats or terraced areas.
  • All attendees agree to comply with the Fan Code of Conduct HERE.
  • No refunds will be made for season ticket holders who do not attend.
  • No away fans.
  • There will be no catering within the stadium.
  • No bars will be open.
  • A further announcement regarding practical arrangements, along with everything you need to know about the match day, will be made on Tuesday.
