Due to the current Covid-19 situation, we WILL NOT be selling tickets for these fixtures in-person.
Our ticket office is closed to members of the public, please DO NOT come to Brunton Park to purchase a match ticket.
Tickets are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The purchase of Stevenage and Mansfield general sale tickets is subject to the following:
+ Tickets are on-sale for these two games only. Please do not expect to be able to purchase any other tickets for any other game at this stage. Tier guidelines could change – we will announce further details going forward after the Tier review for Cumbria has been completed on 16 December.
+ Tickets for Paddock section 3 and Warwick Road End sections 3 and 14 will be available to purchase online. Click HERE to purchase tickets for these areas online. This link will go live at 10am on Wednesday 9 December.
+ Online sales are restricted to a maximum of two adult tickets for all online transactions – contact details are needed for EACH person a ticket is bought for. Once the purchase process is started, you will have 15 minutes to see it through to payment. Therefore we strongly advise that you have contact details for each person to hand before you start the process.
+ Tickets for Pioneer sections 4 and 8 can be purchased by telephone only. Limited availability in both sections.
+ Online purchasers can opt for an e-ticket, print at home, post, or collection (85p for post and 50p for collection).
+ Please note – due to feedback received we have reduced ticket availability in the Paddock as it appeared that fans had a tendency to bunch together as the action on the pitch got more exciting.
+ Again, following feedback, going forward you do not have to be on our system, but full details will be required for anyone attending these fixtures. This includes address, postcode and email address – so ensure you have these details ready if you are making a purchase on behalf of somebody else.
+ You can purchase a maximum of FOUR tickets for each game (see above for online purchasing guidelines).
+ We WILL NOT sell tickets to anyone who lives in a Tier 3 area. Please DO NOT contact us if this is the case.
+ By making this purchase you agree that you will not transfer your ticket to a third party. ID may be requested at point of collection or entry to the ground.
+ Away supporters are not permitted at these fixtures.
+ Following the review of previous games, face coverings will now be MANDATORY in ALL areas of the stadium at ALL times (unless an officially recognised exemption is displayed). This includes when in your seat or in your terraced position during the game.
Please note – only tickets for the Stevenage and Mansfield games are available at this stage!
Telephone sales
Please do not come in-person – telephone sales are being prioritised and our windows will remain closed as the calls are answered.
Call 0330 094 5930 (option 1) where you will either have your call taken, or you will be placed in a queue (our phone queue has a limited queuing size – please be patient).
Phone ticket sales will open at 10am on Wednesday 9 December.
Check your phones – if you have the old 01228 or premium line 0844 ticket office numbers stored – DO NOT use them. You will either be charged a huge amount for your call, with a number that is no longer linked to the club or, if you dial the 01228 number, you will find that our ticket office staff will not be picking it up during this period of sales.
Calls to our official 0330 number are charged at your normal rate.
Please remember that by purchasing a match ticket you are agreeing to comply with our Spectator Code of Conduct. Click HERE for a copy of our Code of Conduct document.
