Those who saw the official site’s Christmas Eve training gallery will have spotted that attacking midfielder Brennan Dickenson was back with the main group, taking part in many of the practices.
With the summer signing taking big strides towards his first competitive appearance for the Blues, Chris Beech said: “Monday is his due date for full training.
“Prior to that he’s just been joining in, but he looks very good. He’s been scoring a lot of goals and from Monday [today] onwards he can compete and get the ball back as well.
“It goes without saying that’s really good news. Whether we wait for another reserve game for him, I just don’t know.
“It depends on him, how he feels and what we need.”
