SEASON TICKETS: More information on the reserving of your 20/21 place

Season Ticket places are now open for general reservations.

Reserving your Season Ticket

New Season Ticket holders can reserve their place now.

If you are an existing Season Ticket holder who wishes to be seated in a bubble with a new Season Ticket holder on the west side of the stadium, please be aware that it will be extremely difficult and unlikely for us to be able to fulfil this request.

We expect to have ample room in the Pioneer Stand for where it is more likely that this type of request can be accommodated.

There may be an opportunity to move your reserved seat location before payment is taken, once all reservation applications have been taken [depending on remaining availability] so that you can sit in a bubble with a new Season Ticket holder.

Seating
This is not ideal, we understand that, but in order to get as many fans as possible into the stadium it will mean that we cannot guarantee Season Ticket holders their previous seat.

If you have been moved from your seat during this period, due to the social distancing measures, your previous seat will be logged and recorded under your name and you will return to that place once restrictions are lifted.

Social distancing measures are required and must be enforced. To that end there will be no end of aisle seats available, and every other row will be out of bounds.

Please be patient with our staff when making your reservation. They completely understand the many reasons – some of them very important to individuals – as to why you may want a specific seat. They will do their best, but will not always be able to meet your request.

All reservations are provisional until capcities are reached for each area of the stadium. This may include the moving of seats during the process to accommodate as many supporters as possible. Fans who have reserved seats as an individual may find that they are moved as more spaces are allocated. Please remain patient with our staff if this becomes a necessity.

Family and social bubbles* will be accommodated wherever possible. Again, please be patient as we try to satisfy your preferences, wherever we possibly can.

If you are an existing Season Ticket holder who wishes to sit with other existing Season Ticket holders - they must be from your social or family bubble - please nominate one person to ring on behalf of all members of that bubble (up to a maximum of six people).

Terracing
When reserving a terraced Season Ticket, please be aware that we have sub-divided the standing areas of the ground into zones and sections. All aimed at maintaining social distancing to protect fans. Each block has will have its own maximum capacity.  Fans will be able to stand in any space within each section in a block but not move between blocks and sections.

When reserving please tell us your preferred block and section (see Map):

A downloadable pdf version of our Terraced ticket map is HERE.

The Red Zone is the area immediately around the tunnel and behind the home and away dugouts. This area will be clearly marked as NO ENTRY on match day.

Warwick Road End
Split into four blocks - Left / Left Middle / Right Middle / Right. Each block is subdivided into four sections - Back, Upper, Lower and Front.

Paddock
Split into five blocks – South / Left Middle / Middle (no encroachment on Red Zone)/ Right Middle / North. Again, each block is subdivided into four sections - Back, Upper, Lower and Front.

We strongly advise supporters to make their Season Ticket reservation by phone to assist with the ongoing Covid-19 safety measures in place at Brunton Park.

Call 0330 094 5930 (option 1) to speak to our ticket office staff.

If you need to make your reservation in person, please use the hand sanitiser provided in main reception and follow correct social media procedures at all times. Please reserve by phone if you can.

Terracing Season Tickets can be reserved by emailing ticket.printing@carlisleunited.co.uk with your full name, address and terracing block you would like to stand in. If you are purchasing anything other than an adult ticket, please attach proof of age to your email.

Wheelchair and Carer

Wheelchair access (Paddock, Waterworks End and Pioneer Stand) spaces will also be operating on a reduced capacity basis. Our ticket staff will advise when you call to make your booking.

Due to this limited capacity there is a possibility that you will be required to sit in the away end wheelchair spaces.

With limited availability we need all fans to respect each other and only buy tickets which will be used for every match.

If wheelchair and carer tickets are not scanned into TWO consecutive games you will be contacted to see if the Season Ticket is still required.

If wheelchair and carer tickets are not scanned into THREE consecutive games your Season Ticket will be cancelled and your access card will need to be returned to Carlisle United’s Main Ticket Office.

Spectator Code of Conduct

All fans who purchase, or individuals who are allocated tickets, including complimentary tickets, for a match at Brunton Park where social distancing and COVID-19 protection measures are in place, must agree to comply with this Covid-19 Spectator Code of Conduct.

This includes all spectators in hospitality areas and, where applicable, supporters of visiting teams. The current draft, subject to consultation with out Safety Advisory Group, is HERE.

Please read the Code of Conduct before you reserve.

You must comply with this Code of Conduct.

Before purchasing a ticket, and again before attending a game, carry out your own personal risk assessment, taking into consideration not only your age, health status and clinical vulnerability, but also, if booking for others within your social bubble*, their age, health status, and clinical vulnerability.

*Social bubble is currently defined as up to 6 people from no more than 2 households

Face Coverings

It should be presumed that face coverings must be worn.

It is an outdoor environment when watching a game, but we are bringing people together, in a relatively small space, and we ask you to continue to think of your own and each other's safety.

If you are exempt, please bring proof of your exemption, and we will issue an identifiable (to club staff) but unobtrusive method of displaying your exemption so that our stewards and safety staff are aware.

Ticket exchange scheme

The ticket exchange scheme cannot be operated under current Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. This will be reviewed if the guidelines change.

Junior Blues

There will be no Junior Blues membership scheme for the 2020/21 season. If circumstances change we will consider an event for our younger fans later in the season, but we cannot commit to this at this stage.

If and when we return to our normal capacity, we aim to allow Season Ticket holders to return to their 19/20 seats as soon as possible, if they wish to do so.
