Carlisle United’s first team management and coaching staff, joined by chief executive Nigel Clibbens and director of football David Holdsworth, will be holding a Fans’ Forum on Thursday 1 August.
This event will be hosted by Carlisle United Supporters’ Groups (CUSG) in the Sunset Suite here at Brunton Park.
The full panel will consist of Steven Pressley, Gav Skelton, Nathan Rooney, Craig Wight, Nigel Clibbens and David Holdsworth.
The event is free entry and will run from 6pm to 8pm [doors open at 5.30pm]. The bar will be open throughout for the sale of alcoholic and soft drink refreshments.
CUSG chairman Simon Clarkson said: “The kick off to the new season will be just two days away when this event is held so it’s going to be fascinating to hear the thoughts of the manager and his staff as they prepare for the home game against Crawley Town on the Saturday.
“With the chief exec and director of football there, it should allow us to get a good insight into the work that has been through the summer.
“We saw in March that these evenings are extremely popular so we would advise fans to register their names as quickly as possible.
“For those who can’t make it in person, the event will be streamed live via the club’s Facebook page as this has proved to be a very popular method of providing coverage previously.”
CUSG will be holding a collection on the evening for Jigsaw, Cumbria’s only children’s hospice. There will also be a raffle, with a range of prizes on offer, to be held during the event.
Places for the event must be booked via the Eventbrite booking page by clicking HERE. There is a maximum of four tickets available per order.
