The Carlisle United Annual Fun Day will take place this year on Saturday 20 July, ahead of the Fleetwood Town pre-season friendly, from 11am to 3pm.
Packed with a host of activities and competitions, we think you’ll find plenty to do for everyone as we look forward to another hugely enjoyable day - with the big season kick off just around the corner.
Steven Pressley and his squad will be in attendance, and the lads will be available for autographs and photographs as they make their way round the activities and stands between 11.30am and 12.15pm, before they prepare for kick off in what will be the second home friendly of the pre-season schedule.
We think you'll agree - it's building up to be another day not to be missed.
Finance director Suzanne Kidd said: “The Fun Day has been a huge success and extremely well received over the course of the last five summers and we hope it will be the same this season.
“We have changed things slightly this year and moved the event to a match day, and we hope this will be more convenient for everyone who wants to attend both the fun day and the pre-season friendly.
“We have found in previous years that there were a number of events in the city and region which clashed, which is why we have once again tried to find something a little bit different.
“We've invited local businesses and club sponsors to the event and we still welcome requests from anyone who would like to attend the day with their business, activity or group.
"The highlight for our fans is always the opportunity to get close to and meet the players, as well as the manager, and we will be holding a signing session where fans young and old can get autographs and selfies ahead of the big match kick off.
“We will also be inviting young Fleetwood fans to join our Community Sports Trust on the training pitch for a pre-match friendly against our Young Blues once, the players have left to prepare for the main event.”
