Carlisle United would like to thank locally based Graeme Howe for his assistance last week as he stepped in to help with much-needed repairs to the road surface which runs adjacent to the Brunton Park training pitch.
The pathway, which acts as an entry and exit point to the supporters' car park on match days, had become severely potholed following some very changeable weather conditions towards the end of last season, so Graeme came along with some specialist equipment to help to smooth things over ahead of the new campaign.
The work was carried out through hot sunshine and heavy rainfall, almost within a heartbeat of each other, but it is hoped that the drive into the parking areas will now be a much smoother experience.
