Carlisle United can confirm that striker Max Brown has joined Evo Stik Premier Division outfit Workington AFC on a one-month loan deal today.
Brown, 19, has already had a spell at Borough Park having spent the last two months of last season with the Reds as he made a full recovery from his cruciate ligament injury.
He was offered his first professional deal with the Blues at the end of last season and will join the west Cumbrian outfit with a view to picking up more valuable game time.
Brown will not be available for today's home game against Buxton, with his first appearance of this spell subject to the clearance and registration of all paperwork.
