Public will enter and leave the event space using designated gates and turnstiles at the Warwick Road End on the South-East corner and South West corner. Once inside the ground, the audience is routed to three different areas of spectator viewing based on ticket type and proximity to the stage (Golden Circle ticket, General Admission standing and seated):

Standing ticket holders: Entrance through the South-East corner will lead them into the facilities in the Pioneer Stand lower concourse. Entrance through the South West corner will lead to the catering village located outside of the West Stand.  Standing ticket holders will have access to all temporary catering, bars and toilets located behind the West Stand. Admission into the Golden Circle will be by coloured wristbands issued on entry to the enclosure. Customers with wristbands can then leave and re-enter the relevant enclosure to use the toilets and concessions.

Pioneer Stand (east stand) seated ticket holders: Entrance only through the South-East corner which will lead into the facilities in the Pioneer Stand lower concourse and access to seats via the internal vomitories. Seated ticket holders will only have access to the East Stand concourse and will not have access to the pitch or the catering village in West Stand. Once through the ticket and search lanes, seated ticket holders will be directed to the correct stand and use already existing turnstiles to access the seats. The Pioneer Stand's facilities are independent to the rest of the stadium and standing ticket holders will not have access to these areas.
