Professional Development Phase Coach vacancy
Carlisle United Football Club are looking to appoint a Professional Development Phase Coach.The role of the Professional Development Coach is fundamental to the long term vision of Carlisle United FC in coaching and developing the best youth players for the club.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
+ Assisting in the delivery of the coaching programme for Professional Development Phase
+ Assisting with the delivery of the Professional Development Phase games programme (youth team fixtures)
+ Implement the existing Academy Performance plan to include the philosophy and vision of the Academy
+ Provide comprehensive six weekly reviews to full time apprenticeship players
+ Ensuring the club EPPP administration requirements are met at all times
+ Identifying and developing the best 16-18 year old players for the club
+ Attending and playing an active role in academy management meetings
+ Assist with the provision of exit strategies for those players not receiving professional contracts
+ Assist with the coaching and mentoring of players in the YD phase (U15/16 levels)
+ Maintain appropriate levels of individual CPD
+ Keeping up to date with EFL, FA and EPPP guidance and correspondence
Essential qualifications & experience:
+ UEFA A Licence
+ FA Youth Award
+ Experience of working within academy football
+ FA safeguarding qualification
+ Enhanced DBS clearance
+ FA first aid qualification
+ Valid driving licence
