Robson signs for The Heed until the end of current season
United wide man Matt Robson has joined Conference play-off chasers Gateshead on loan until the end of this season [25 April] and immediately goes into the squad for their home game against Woking tonight.
Former-Pools winger Robson, 29, initially signed a two-year deal with United in the summer of 2009 having made over 150 appearances for the north-east outfit.
He earned a further two-year deal with the Blues ahead of the 2011/12 campaign and has been used as a left back and on the left wing throughout his time at the club.
He has made over 200 appearances for United, scoring 24 goals, and signed another two year deal with the Cumbrians in June 2013.
