Livesey goes out on loan
Long-serving United defender Danny Livesey has today joined Conference play-off chasers Wrexham on a half season loan deal which will take him to the Racecourse Ground until the end of the season.
Livesey, 29, joined the Cumbrians on Christmas Eve 2004, on a month long loan from Bolton Wanderers, and made his move permanent the following month.
He made his first team debut for Bolton, aged 17, in the FA Cup and had loan spells with Rochdale, Notts County and Blackpool before coming to Brunton Park.
He has made over 300 appearances in a blue shirt, since making his debut for the club in the Conference, and has netted some vital goals in some important games over the years.
This loan is subject to the completion of all necessary paperwork.
