Young Blues grab friendly victory
Goals from Patrick Brough, Kyle Dempsey and Danny Hodgson contributed to an enjoyable victory in a friendly victory over Wigan Athletic this morning even though much of the game was played out in horrendous conditions."The weather was unbelievable but I'm delighted that we got the game on," youth boss Alan Moore said. "We've had a number of games called off recently and we appreciate the fact that Wigan were able to come along.
"We scored some good goals and played some decent stuff so it was a good workout for everyone."
