Manager on what he wants from today
We caught up with manager Greg Abbott as he finalised the preparations for day two of pre-season training."Today is about stepping things up just a little bit more," he said.
"The first three days, starting yesterday, are always used to dust the cobwebs off and to get the minds back into focus.
"I think I said yesterday that the lads have done a lot of the work for me with the way that they have applied themselves since the moment they arrived.
"We'll continue the theme with more ball work but the running side of it will be slightly harder than what they did yesterday. That gives them something to look forward to.
"There's a real buzz around the place and working with this group is an absolute pleasure. It gets harder from here but the good thing is that they are all ready for it."
