Family Zone

Carlisle United’s Family Zone is in full swing again this season with hundreds of children and youngsters making use of what is a fantastic facility in our Pioneer Stand.

The Family Zone opens at 1.30pm on a Saturday match day, and at 6.30pm for an evening fixture, and provides a fun place to meet new friends and play games ahead of the big match.

The Family Zone is open through to half time and, with staff in place to keep an eye on things, gives a safe and secure environment where children of all ages can relax.

Accessed via the main concourse in the Pioneer Stand, the Family Zone has games consoles, a pool table, air hockey table, table football, a Wii Console, TV screens, an arts and crafts zone and a sensory area.

Please note – section 7 of the Pioneer Stand is the preferred seated area for users of our Family Zone, but families and children from any area of the Pioneer Stand can use our Family Zone facility.

These ticket offices accept cash and card.

The satellite ticket offices will close 15 minutes after kick off - match day tickets can be purchased from the main ticket office until half time.

The Pioneer Stand collections window is open for collection of Pioneer Stand and Warwick Road End tickets. All other tickets can be collected from the main ticket office.

Away supporters can purchase match tickets from the away ticket office from 1.30pm on Saturday match days and 6.30pm on a midweek match day, behind the Pioneer Stand, and will be seated in Pioneer Stand section 3.

Ticket Concessions

Child Under 7 (0-6); Child Under 11 (7-10); Junior U14 (11-13); Junior U18 (14 - 17); Young Person (18-22); Adult (23-64) and Senior (65+).

Concessionary tickets may be asked for proof of ID. Please bring proof of ID to every game as stewards are authorised to carry out spot checks as and when required. If ID cannot be provided then admittance may be refused. The ticket must then be upgraded to the correct price bracket at the main ticket office and the difference in price paid.

Wheelchair & Carer

The wheelchair access area of the ground has limited space and we strongly advise these tickets are bought in advance. These sections are located in the Pioneer Stand and in the Paddock.

Ambulant Disabled Supporters

Individuals who require a full time carer can get a carer ticket free of charge. Evidence of full time carer status must be provided (DWP or PiP letter showing the disability allowance in the higher band of care).

Misplaced or lost tickets

In the event of match day tickets being lost or forgotten, supporters are advised to go to the main ticket office where, upon confirmation of address and booking details, they can be issued with duplicate copies of their tickets at a small charge.

Refunds

Refunds can be given throughout the week and up to kick off of the game in question. Tickets must be returned in full before a refund can be given. Refunds will not be completed after the match has been played.

Upgrades and downgrades

Season ticket holders can move areas on a match by match basis, but there will be a cost of up to £3 for each change made.

These must be requested at least 24 hours before kick-off by contacting the ticket office on 0330 094 5930 option 1 or by calling into the ticket office at Brunton Park open Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm.

If you are a season ticket holder and can’t attend a match you can bank the game through the ticket exchange scheme and claim a ticket back for a future game.

This must be done at least 24 hours before kick-off by contacting the ticket office on 0330 094 5930 option 1 all calling into the ticket office at Brunton Park open Mon – Fri 10am – 5pm.  You can bank up to 3 games per season.

There will be no upgrades, downgrades or ticket exchanges done on a match day.

Away Ticket Sales

Away tickets go on sale (if sent by the host club) two weeks prior to the kick off date. They can be purchased from the main ticket office in person, by telephone, or online.

Any remaining tickets are sent back to the away club and may be sold on the day of the game (this is subject to the ticket policy adopted by the host club).

Postponed or abandoned matches

In the event of severe weather conditions, or other extreme circumstances prior to a match, club officials will liaise with match officials to ensure postponement of the fixture takes place at the earliest opportunity.

In the event of a postponement, ticket holders can use their original ticket for admission to the re-arranged fixture. If a match is postponed or abandoned before half time, then all supporters in the possession of an original ticket will be given half price entry for the replayed match.

If the game is abandoned after half time then there is no reduction to the cost of tickets for the rearranged fixture.

Season Tickets

If a season ticket is left at home then a supporter should go to the main ticket office. Proof of ID will be required and, once seat allocation has been clarified, a match ticket will be provided for admittance at a charge of 50p.

If a season ticket is lost please report it to the main ticket office so it can be suspended and a replacement season ticket issued. There will be an administration fee of £5 to replace an access card.

Car Parking

The supporters' car park is situated on the East side of the ground and will be open from 12.30pm on the day of the game.

Car parking is £5 on a match day and is cash only

Coach parking costs £20, mini-bus parking is £15 and can only be purchased on the day of the game using cash.

There are approximately 400 available spaces in the car park, with a small number of disabled bays. Disabled bays are allocated on a first come - first served basis and a valid disabled badge must be displayed in the car window.

Supporters can purchase a car parking space for the entire season at a cost of £75. Please contact the main ticket office for more details.
